Author and Chief Wealth Advisory Officer Coventry Edwards-Pitt will be speaking at the Newton Council on Aging on July 24. Covie will be sharing success stories and insights she learned while writing her most recent book, Aged Healthy, Wealthy & Wise, which tackles one of today’s most pressing issues: how to age well–given our increased longevity–and ensure that our years have a positive rather than negative impact on our loved ones. She interviewed vibrant elders and identified the choices they make and skills they learned to allow them to live engaged, purposeful, and fulfilling later lives and leave lasting legacies.
The event is Tuesday, July 24 from 1:30-3:00pm. Registration is free and open to adults 55 and older; call the front desk at 617-796-1660.
