In her role as a Senior Client Advisor, Emily takes great pride in her role as a caretaker of families’ comprehensive financial lives, ensuring that all aspects of wealth and estate planning, tax strategy, and philanthropy are aligned with their vision and values.
Emily has over 10 years of experience in consulting and investment management. Prior to joining Ballentine in 2018, she led the Lee Family Office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she oversaw investment management, estate and tax planning, legal, and philanthropic matters for a single family office and foundation. Previously, she was a Client Advisor at SCS Financial, where she served the comprehensive wealth management needs of high net-worth families. Emily started her career in M&A advisory at KPMG, LLP.
Receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College, Emily is currently pursuing the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation through Boston University’s Center for Professional Education. She is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and works closely with the Barbara Lee Family Foundation in advancing their mission of gender parity in politics and contemporary art.
Emily is an avid runner, skier and lover of nature. Emily and her family live in Concord, MA, where they enjoy learning about the town’s rich history of writers, thinkers, and revolutionaries.
