Deb is a Partner & Senior Client Advisor at the firm. While she is responsible for multiple areas of wealth management, she has a particular focus on assisting multigenerational families in defining and then achieving their goals through wealth transfer planning, philanthropic engagement, and financial education of family members.
Before joining the firm in 2007, Deb held positions in exercise science and coaching. She was a Physiologist in the National Team Division for USA Swimming where she conducted research and advised National Team coaches and swimmers on the physiology of training and competition.
Deb earned a Masters in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics modified with Mathematics from Dartmouth College. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner. Deb is actively involved in the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), currently serving as an officer in the Treasurer role. She is a past BEPC Vice Chair of the Budget/Finance Committee, BEPC’s Membership Committee, and their Women’s Initiative Committee. She is also a former member of the Professional Advisors Network at The Boston Foundation and is a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®.
Deb enjoys running, swimming, gardening, and chasing after her kids. Deb and her family live in Needham, MA, where she is a Town Meeting Member and actively involved in several local community organizations.
