Emily is a Research Manager at the firm, where she conducts research and due diligence to identify impact investment opportunities across both public and private markets. She is passionate about helping clients align their investments with their values by identifying opportunities that seek to generate strong financial returns alongside meaningful social and environmental impact.

Throughout her career, Emily has developed experience across capital markets, private markets, and impact investing. Most recently, she worked on the ClimateTech venture capital team at Connecticut Innovations, where she evaluated early-stage companies spanning sectors such as sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, climate adaptation, transportation, green chemistry, and the circular economy. She also held investment-focused roles with Builders Vision, an impact platform dedicated to advancing a more humane and healthy planet through philanthropy, investing, and advocacy, as well as Bridge Industrial, a real estate development and investment management platform. Earlier in her career, Emily spent more than five years at BofA Securities, where she focused on originating, structuring, and distributing institutional debt products across a broad range of real estate sectors.

Emily earned a B.A. in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University, with a focus in Health Economies and Policies and a minor in Corporate Strategy. She also holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where she participated in and co-led the Turner MIINT Impact Investing program.

Emily resides in Medford, Massachusetts with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, golfing, volunteering with hippotherapy programs, and backyard homesteading.
