A team of Ballentine employees took a few hours out of their work day to assist the Boston-area non-profit, More Than Words. Volunteering side-by-side with a few of the youth who work there, members of the Ballentine team were shown how to ship books using their system, scan the incoming donations, work the CDs and DVDs, and assist with inventory control. Our donations (a number of boxes of books as well as a monetary donation) help the organization work with local at-risk youth. The store has a daily goal for walk-in sales and online sales that they strive to meet.
