Chris Chandler, Partner and Senior Investment Advisor, was a featured panelist at the marcus evans Private Wealth Management Summit on December 10, 2015. The panel of financial industry experts weighed in on several topics regarding asset allocation, including today’s best investment strategies, how to manage risk, current market conditions, and how to plan to succeed long term. Chris spoke on the panel “Exploring Asset Allocation Strategies for Dynamic Market Conditions”.
Chris, along with Jennifer Eaton, JD, leads the Florida office for the firm. As a senior member of the investment team, Chris provides his clients with customized investment advice and recommendations as well as is part of the team that is responsible for asset allocation, manager due diligence, and portfolio construction. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Chris had a 10 year career with GenSpring Family Offices, a multi-family office providing wealth management and family office services to ultra-high net worth families. Most recently, Chris was a member of the executive team with oversight for the quality of the clients’ investment experience and implementation through the GenSpring network of family offices. He was one of few key decision makers responsible for shaping the firm’s guidance around asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio construction. Previously, Chris was a Consultant at Hartland & Co, an institutional investment consulting firm to pension plans, endowments and foundations, and an Officer of Mellon Bank working with families.
