Chief Financial Officer Claudia Shilo, MPASsm, CFP®, PFS, was among the most recent graduating cohort of the Hoffman-Haas Fellowship as part of their 2017 Central Region summer cohort. The program provides recognized New Hampshire community and nonprofit leaders like Claudia with advanced workshops and mentorship from experienced board members to further develop their skills.

 The Hoffman-Haas Fellowship strives to populate NH nonprofit boards with inspired, prepared and ready-to-engage new leaders who can bring a solid grounding in board essentials and serve as an infusion of energy for existing boards. Along the way, participating Fellows, individual nonprofit organizations, Mentors, and business partners will experience multiple leadership and enrichment goals. In the long run, benefit will be felt by communities and people.

Claudia is a Partner, Senior Client Advisor, and Chief Financial Officer at the firm. Claudia brings an intimate knowledge of SEC reporting and business systems to her clients, many of whom are CEO’s and executives at public companies.  Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Claudia was the Vice President of Finance and Control for two of the largest divisions of Agway, Inc.  Prior to that, she owned and managed an accounting practice which serviced individual and corporate clients in the Syracuse, NY area.  Claudia started her accounting/auditing career at Coopers & Lybrand in Syracuse, where she worked primarily on audits of large SEC clients.
