Leah Warren, Senior Client Advisor, is featured in Financial Advisor Magazine’s May cover article “10 Young Advisors to Watch”. The article features interviews with 10 young advisors on what drives them and the ways in which they each want to impact the industry. Leah discussed how she identifies shared values to help clients clarify their goals for their wealth as well as what brought her to this industry.
One of the activities she uses with clients is a deck of cards, each with a picture. The clients pick three after being asked the question, ‘What’s important to you?’ The cards might feature a kite, a cross, an older woman on them. ‘What comes out of this discussion is a shared theme.’
