Breleigh McCarthy

Breleigh is a Human Resource Associate at Ballentine Partners. She is passionate about all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational support.

Breleigh graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and minor in Business Administration.  Prior to joining Ballentine Partners, Breleigh interned at SubCom where she gained experience supporting a variety of human resources initiatives.

Breleigh grew up in Nottingham, New Hampshire where she currently resides. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing pickleball, exploring New England, and being with friends and family.
