Brie Elliott is the Head of Human Resources at Ballentine Partners. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as she provides strategic guidance on staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations. Brie also serves as an HR consultant to clients and client teams as needed.
Before joining Ballentine in 2012, Brie held HR positions at TomTom North America and Home Depot. She also holds several professional certifications including PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty, Workplace Mental Health Ally Certificate, Women in Leadership Certificate, and Certified 401(k) Fiduciary.
Brie earned two bachelor’s degrees from Colby-Sawyer College in Business Administration and Psychology, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource and Development from Villanova University.
She lives in Belmont, NH, with her husband, their two dogs, and cat and is very engaged in the community. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for Southern New Hampshire University’s online program, teaches the SHRM Prep Class for Westfield State University, is the President for the board of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association, Secretary on the Board of the Diversity Workforce Coalition, and an Advisor for the University of Tennessee Knoxville’s Women in Leadership Program.
