Brie Elliott is the Head of Human Resources. In her role she focuses on the smooth and profitable operation of Ballentine’s human resource department by supervising and providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and employee relations. She also works with clients and client teams in an HR Consultant capacity as needed.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Brie worked for TomTom North America managing human resources for their sales, marketing, finance, and IT employees. Prior to TomTom, Brie was the Human Resource Manager for Home Depot, covering seven stores in the New Hampshire and Vermont region.

She has earned several designations including her Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), her Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), her Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and her Certified 401(k) Fiduciary designation from The Plan Sponsor University.

Brie received two bachelor’s degrees from Colby-Sawyer College; one in Business Administration and the other in Psychology. She also holds a Master of Science in Human Resource and Development from Villanova University.

Brie currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for Southern New Hampshire University’s online program as well as President-Elect for the board of the Manchester Area Human Resources Association (MAHRA) and Secretary on the Board of the Diversity Workforce Coalition (DWC)

She lives in Belmont, NH, with her husband and their two dogs, cat, and hedgehog.
