Cristina Montero is a Wealth Planning Associate at the firm, where she supports the Wealth Planning team in delivering comprehensive planning solutions to clients.
Prior to joining Ballentine Partners, Cristina spent over a decade at RA Capital, a Boston-based investment firm focused on evidence-based investing in life sciences—most recently as a Director of TechAtlas, the firm’s research division, focusing on investment analysis, strategic initiatives, and team development.
Cristina earned an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, a PhD in Microbiology & Molecular Genetics from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Business from Washington University. She is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Cristina is a Madrid native and currently resides in Medford with her two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling (having visited all seven continents), staying active, and studying foreign languages.
