David is a Research Manager at the firm and is responsible for research coverage of real assets, including private and public real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources investments. He is responsible for portfolio construction and manager selection in these asset classes. His research also contributes to our overall market outlook.
Prior to joining the firm in 2016, David was a Research Associate at the MBTA Retirement Fund. He conducted investment research and due diligence across all major asset classes, with an emphasis on private equity and real estate investment managers.
David earned his B.S. in Management at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, the Chartered Alternative Investment Association (CAIA) designation, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Chartered Alternative Investment Association, the Boston Security Analysts Society, and the Urban Land Institute.
David lives in Natick, MA, with his wife and children. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
