Emilie is the Hospitality Admin at the firm. She uses her customer service skills to support the needs of Ballentine clients and staff alike. Sitting at the front desk, she is the first point of contact if you come to visit the Waltham office.
Prior to joining Ballentine Partners, she worked at Harvard Medical School for Restaurant Associates. There, she was responsible for overseeing the set-up of meeting rooms, organizing catering needs, and running events and conferences. She was then promoted to Café Manager where she oversaw the main café on campus. She was in charge of ordering and taking inventory, training staff, scheduling employees, and working cross-functionally with the chefs and dieticians to ensure the café ran smoothly for breakfast and lunch service.
Emilie graduated in 2019 from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management. She was also a member of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority.
Emilie currently lives in Boston with her fiancé. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, doing random craft projects, exploring New England, and listening to True Crime podcasts.
