Everton Raymond is the Director of Technology Initiatives at the firm, where he leads strategic technology initiatives to drive innovation and operational efficiency. He is responsible for evaluating and implementing business applications, managing AI and emerging technology strategies, and overseeing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
Prior to joining the firm in March 2025, Everton served as IT Solution Delivery Leader, Corporate Systems at Welch’s, collaborating with executive leadership and business process experts to design and deliver transformative digital solutions across corporate systems. He previously held technology leadership roles including Director/Senior IT Business Partner at Foundation Medicine, Inc., and Senior Director, Head of Corporate Applications at Nexstar Media Group, Inc., where he drove enterprise-wide technology transformations. Beyond his technical acumen, he is passionate about talent development, with a proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams, implementing agile methodologies, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
Everton holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master of Science in Management, with a specialization in Project Management, from Boston University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Everton resides in Norwood, MA. Outside of work, he enjoys community outreach and public witnessing as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, staying active through fitness, attending classical concerts and Broadway productions, and discovering new cultures, cuisines, and perspectives through global travel.
