Hayley is an Operations Associate – Trade Processor at the firm, responsible for executing and overseeing trades across client portfolios. She works closely with client teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution, supporting the operational excellence that underpins the firm’s investment management and client service efforts.
Hayley joined Ballentine Partners after more than eight years at Lighthouse Credit Union, where she held positions of increasing responsibility across operations, deposit processing, and product analysis. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in financial operations, process improvement, system analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Outside of work, Hayley enjoys traveling and spent seven months living in Australia. She is an avid football fan and looks forward to fantasy football season each year. She especially enjoys New England summers, colorful fall weekends, and the holiday season, particularly Christmas. Hayley enjoys spending time with her partner, Austin, her family and friends, and her two cats. She also enjoys walking dogs in her spare time.
