Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Heidi worked as an Accounts Payable & Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator for a NH Ski Resort for 6 years. She also worked as an Office Manager for Noria Energy covering Maine and New Hampshire, and a Wine and Beer Buyer for Pine State Beverage Company.
She has earned her Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR®) through the Human Resource Standards Institute (HRCI) and her Human Resource Management Certificate through the University of Southern Maine and is currently studying to sit for the Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) along with getting additional certificates in Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management, Managing the Hybrid Workforce and HR Ethics.
Heidi serves on the Board for the Manchester Area Human Resources Association as the Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee and the elect for the Professional Development Committee. Heidi lives with her husband and daughter in Acton, Maine. They have 2 cats, 1 dog, and 3 bearded dragons. In her free time, she enjoys camping, traveling, and costume design.
