Josh is a Portfolio Analyst at the firm and supports the Senior Investment Advisors in all aspects of portfolio management, working toward the long-term investment goals of each client. Specifically, he is involved with maintaining appropriate portfolio allocations, monitoring cash positions, and assisting with client inquiries.
Josh joined the firm as an intern in 2025 and began a full-time role in 2026 after earning his Ph.D. in mathematics at Brandeis University, where his research focused on geometric group theory. During his time at Brandeis, he received a graduate student teaching award and won the 2025 Brandeis Three Minute Thesis public speaking competition.
Prior to pursuing his doctorate, Josh graduated as valedictorian of Dartmouth College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Physics with a minor in Astronomy. At Dartmouth, he served as Director of the Film Society and was a member of the mock trial team.
Josh grew up in Holliston, Massachusetts, and now lives in Waltham with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys film, board games, ultimate frisbee, and travel.
