As Executive Office Coordinator, Rachel maintains the firm’s Boston office and manages key administrative operations. With a focus on efficiency, communication, and discretion, Rachel plays a central role in keeping the executive office running smoothly.
Prior to joining Ballentine, Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University. Shortly after graduating, Rachel took part in the Disney College Program, where she found her passion for hospitality and bringing joy to others. This passion led her to a career in the events industry, where she spent over 5 years managing a wide range of events, from small gatherings to large-scale productions.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and binge-watching reality TV.
