Becky is an Operations Associate at the firm in the Rochester office, where she supports the AI and Black Diamond teams. She assists both teams with daily tasks, including managing data flows, reporting, and updating the private investment database (PID).
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Becky worked at a New Hampshire credit union for seven years. She started as an HR Administrator, processing payroll and benefits, then became an administrator of the company’s retirement plan, HR system, and worked on compliance. Becky later became a Compensation Analyst. She was the go-to person for reporting needs for compliance, payroll, benefits, and ad-hoc reports.
Becky is a fan of music and movies and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her specialty in cooking is lasagna. She also loves going for motorcycle rides.
