Shiphrah is an Executive Office Coordinator at the firm, where she supports firm operations and helps ensure the office runs smoothly day to day. Prior to joining Ballentine Partners, she served as an Operations Manager at Boston Offices, overseeing two downtown Boston locations and managing a wide range of operational responsibilities.
A Boston native, Shiphrah was born and raised in the city and brings a strong hospitality background shaped by many years in the restaurant industry. This experience informs her thoughtful, service-oriented approach and attention to detail.
Shiphrah lives in Brighton, Massachusetts, with her cat, Eugene. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, and spending time with her young niece, Amelia.
