Sophia is an Administrative Assistant at the firm, providing essential support to daily operations by managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring administrative tasks run smoothly. Prior to joining Ballentine Partners, Sophia worked as an Operations Manager at an Amazon Fulfillment Center overseeing dispatch and returns in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Sophia graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2023, with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. During her time at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, she participated annually in the Out of the Darkness Community Walk, supporting suicide prevention efforts—an initiative she has remained committed to since 2012.
Sophia is a Massachusetts native and currently resides in Salem, New Hampshire. Outside of work Sophia likes to paint, crochet, watch reality tv, and cuddle with her cat.
