Her thoughtful, organized approach helps clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their financial lives.
Suellen brings over a decade of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on a broad range of planning matters, including investment planning, trusts, and estates, tax-efficient wealth transfer, philanthropy, and multigenerational family planning. She collaborates closely with clients’ attorneys, accountants, and other advisors to help ensure planning strategies are coordinated and aligned with each family.
Before joining Ballentine Partners, Suellen spent more than a decade at Sandy Cove Advisors, where she served as Senior Client Advisor and Director of Financial Planning. Earlier in her career, she was a forensic financial analyst with the FBI’s Boston office, investigating complex white-collar crimes. The analytical and problem-solving skills she developed early in her career continue to serve her clients today.
Suellen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® with a deep commitment to lifelong learning.
Outside of work, Suellen enjoys travelling, gardening, trail walking and cooking for family and friends. She especially values spending time with her six adult children.
