Will is a Partner, Chief Financial Officer & Head of Impact Investing at the firm. For over 20 years he has been responsible for market research, due diligence, and oversight of the firm’s impact investment program across asset classes and in public and private markets. Will is passionate about making investments about more than just a return. Within the firm, he serves in capacities related to risk management, capital planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Will graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in International Business and Spanish. While in college, he spent his summers working at the firm and upon graduation joined the company full-time in 2003. Will holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Will and his partner Amber both grew up in New Hampshire and they spend as much time as possible in the mountains of northern New England. He is involved with numerous NH non-profit organizations, serving on the board or investment committee for the Wolfeboro Area Children’s Center, The Nick, the Wright Museum, Lakes Region Humane Society, and Circle Program. Will lives in Cambridge, MA.
