Blaine supports Senior Investment Advisors in all aspects of portfolio management, working toward the long-term investment goals of each client. Specifically, he is involved with maintaining appropriate portfolio allocations, monitoring cash positions, and assisting with client inquiries.
Prior to joining Ballentine Partners in 2021, Blaine spent two years at Hult International Business School in their Dual Degree Master’s program. He received his Master of Science in International Business as well as his Master of Science in Finance, graduating with distinction as a member of the Dean’s List. During his time at Hult, Blaine studied with students from over 120 different countries and received the Outstanding Peer award.
Before moving to Boston for graduate school, Blaine worked at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh as a member of their global pricing unit. Blaine earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Outside of work, Blaine enjoys watching and playing sports, fashion, art, reading, music, and traveling.
