Brie Elliott has spent over two decades at the intersection of people and strategy. As Principal and Head of Human Resources at Ballentine Partners, she leads talent strategy, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations, and serves as an HR consultant to clients and client teams.

Brie holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Colby-Sawyer College, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, and has completed the Chief HR Officer Program at Wharton. Her certifications include SHRM-SCP, PHR, and Certified 401(k) Plan Fiduciary, among others.

Outside of her work at Ballentine Partners, she teaches at Southern New Hampshire University and Westfield State University, serves as Past President of the Manchester Area Human Resource Association (MAHRA), Secretary on the Board of the Diversity Workforce Coalition, and sits on the Human Capital subcommittee for the Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts.

She lives in Belmont, NH, with her husband, Great Dane pup, and Ragdoll/Maine coon cat. When not working, she enjoys history, museums, and travel.
